Cancellation Policy

Change your mind?  We understand.  We have all been there at 10 o'clock at night strolling through the classifieds and see something we like.  We order it.  Then an hour later, we change our minds or see something else we want instead.  

Free By Grace wants to make sure you are able to get your money back, however, we use third party payment processing, and many of our items are shipped from our warehouse located in another state.  Once you have placed an order, the process is set in motion and sometimes getting this process stopped can lead to delays in your refund or even possibly lead to us not being able to refund at all.  

To avoid any of these issues, if you wish to cancel an order, it must be done by midnight of the same day you ordered.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund.
